Quels sont les facteurs qui la d\u00e9truisent&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, j\u2019\u00e9tudie plus particuli\u00e8rement des syst\u00e8mes d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9s de basse dimensionnalit\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse temp\u00e9rature (&lt; 1 K, soit &lt; &#8211; 272\u00b0C). Dans des films minces, de quelques nanom\u00e8tres, les cons\u00e9quences du moindre d\u00e9sordre peuvent \u00eatre dramatiques et ainsi modifier les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques du syst\u00e8me. En effet, \u00e0 ces temp\u00e9ratures et pour ces \u00e9paisseurs de films, les interf\u00e9rences quantiques rentrent en comp\u00e9tition avec des interactions coulombiennes renforc\u00e9es. Si on ajoute \u00e0 cela des fluctuations supraconductrices, on peut obtenir une riche vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes complexes&nbsp;: localisation d\u2019Anderson, \u00e9mergence d\u2019ordres \u00e9lectroniques ou magn\u00e9tiques, supraconductivit\u00e9 exotique, &#8230;. L\u2019\u00e9tat fondamental du syst\u00e8me peut m\u00eame \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 via des Transitions de Phases Quantiques telles que la Transition M\u00e9tal-Isolant ou la Transition Supraconducteur-Isolant.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"325\" src=\"https:\/\/users.ijclab.in2p3.fr\/claire-marrache\/files\/2023\/01\/cloud-claire-marrache-kikuchi_low.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/users.ijclab.in2p3.fr\/claire-marrache\/files\/2023\/01\/cloud-claire-marrache-kikuchi_low.jpg 500w, https:\/\/users.ijclab.in2p3.fr\/claire-marrache\/files\/2023\/01\/cloud-claire-marrache-kikuchi_low-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/users.ijclab.in2p3.fr\/claire-marrache\/files\/2023\/01\/cloud-claire-marrache-kikuchi_low-462x300.jpg 462w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"spip\">Transition Supraconducteur-Isolant<\/h2>\n<p>Mon activit\u00e9 principale concerne la compr\u00e9hension de la Transition Supraconducteur-Isolant. Nous menons une \u00e9tude approfondie de cette transition sur un syst\u00e8me mod\u00e8le, le NbSi en couches ultra-minces, \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse temp\u00e9rature (7 mK). Le but est de mesurer les lois d\u2019\u00e9chelle qui r\u00e9gissent les Transitions de Phase Quantiques de ce syst\u00e8me, de sonder en d\u00e9tail les m\u00e9canismes mis en jeu ainsi que la nature microscopique (fermionique ou bosonique) des phases en pr\u00e9sence. Nous nous sommes en particulier attach\u00e9s \u00e0 qualifier les effets et la nature du d\u00e9sordre et avons montr\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019une phase m\u00e9tallique exotique, non pr\u00e9vue par la th\u00e9orie dans ces films minces.<\/p>\n<p>Une collaboration avec Julien Delahaye et Thierry Grenet (Institut N\u00e9el, Grenoble) a par ailleurs permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence le comportement vitreux de ces syst\u00e8mes lorsqu\u2019ils sont tr\u00e8s isolants.<\/p>\n<p><i>Quelques publications associ\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul class=\"spip\">\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Composition Dependence of Transport Properties in YSi Thermometric Films<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u2011 H\u2011 H.
